• Money Managers (MM):
Money manager is a professional trader managing one or more investor’s accounts, including managed accounts, including fund accounts. There are two basic types of MMs:

· Individual funds managers:

Trade investors’ accounts, including managed accounts, including fund accounts. Own non-trading (compensation) accounts. Receive detailed reports on revenues specified by sources.

· Money management firms:

MM company introduces either Primary Market Maker (PMM) or a broker to its investors. MM cannot generate market quotes, but can add commission and widen spread from the base spread offered to MM by the introduced PMM or broker. MM can add markups to its investors' accounts.

MM company does not sign trading agreements directly with its investors, nor accept their funds, but can sign additional agreements with investors regarding the terms of compensation for account management.

MM investors have access to MM trading reports, but not to trading operations. MM company can trade all funds of its investors as one pooled account. Profit then will be distributed to investors' accounts in accordance with the individual terms of compensation discussed and agreed upon with each investor individual.
